Regulations

A valid BC freshwater fishing licence is required on every lake and creek on this page; Penticton is in fishing Region 8 (Okanagan), where Okanagan and Skaha lakes carry their own quotas. Camping on Crown land and at recreation sites is limited to 14 days at one site. The South Okanagan is one of the driest corners of BC, so check the BC Wildfire Service for campfire bans before you light one.
