Ice fishing on Albert Bull Lake
Albert Bull Lake is in the Northeast Division of Manitoba's angling regulations. Fishing is generally open all year in this division. The 2026 Anglers' Guide has no entry of its own for this water, so the provincial limits and the division rules apply.
- Shelters off by April 15, 2027, or sooner if a Conservation Officer orders it. In a provincial park, shelters must also meet Manitoba Parks' size, location and use standards, and may not be slept in.
- No live bait fish may be used or possessed in this division, including the Bloodvein and Gammon rivers. From April 1, 2027, live bait fish and leeches will be banned everywhere in Manitoba.
- You may fish with two lines through the ice (one in open water), with no more than two hooks or lures per line, and you must stay within 50 m of your lines.
- Barbless hooks are required on every line in Manitoba, ice fishing included.
